What does it take to be a leader? It's the age-old question and the answer you get sometimes depends on the person you ask. Some people think that the amount of money you have in your bank account makes you a good leader, or the car you drive. But at PMC we believe its not so much what you have but what you can give that makes you a leader.

We do not believe that people are born good leaders, they are made good leaders. Leadership is a way of life, it's doing what you know is right no matter who's watching, its leading by example first and with words when needed.

Below you'll find some info on our leaders here at PMC.  We've by no means "arrived" but we have learned some things along the way and would love to spend the next nine months walking with you as God teaches you what true leadership is all about. It's time to step into your calling.
